For your protection, all orders submitted are subject to a thorough verification procedure and final approval by our customer service department before they are shipped. We verify the billing as well as the shipping address, so an alternate shipping address may delay processing your order.We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order including but not limited to tax and shipping which you will be informed of prior to billing. The charges at checkout may not be final. You will receive your final statement (receipt) with the arrival of your package. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Not all "available" products are on hand for rush delivery. For rush orders we encourage you to please contact us.
All orders shipped to NY, are subject by law to NY State Taxes and are the sole responsibility of the customer. If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please use the toll-free number on the front or back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address", which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may considerably delay the processing of your order.

Return Policy
30 days for return or exchange with prior authorization only.Call our customer service department to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Returns received by dejulios.com without a return authorization number will not be the responsibility of dejulios.com. Shipping and Handling is not refundable! All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 10%. Please be aware that a return authorization number does not constitute any final disposition. After we receive your return, it must go through inspection and then will be assessed for refund or exchange. We will not exchange or refund dirty or worn footwear if boots do not fit do not wear them. Please try new shoes on a carpeted surface. All returns must include all merchandise or services sold under the same order number and invoice. All returned merchandise must be in new condition and must include all original packaging and printed material in original unaltered condition. Do not write on the manufacturers' box or tags. Failure of following these terms will result in a denial of a return or exchange. Cancellation must be obtained by phone to officially terminate an order. Depending on the status of the order, we may, at our discretion, reject a cancellation request since technically we may be unable to disrupt the automated order and delivery process and may incure a restocking fee.Save your receipt, as it’s to be used for proof of purchase and all manufacturers' warranties.
Repairs on defective merchandise are handled by the manufacturer and not dejulios.com unless otherwise specified on the invoice. Should you accidentally receive an item defective upon delivery or an item you may find not exactly as originally described, please contact our customer service department immediately so we can promptly replace the item and arrange a return. Please be aware that it is a time sensitive issue, as due to the nature of our business we can usually only request refunds or exchanges from the manufacturers/vendors immediately after you receive the merchandise. Should you prefer to receive a refund, you will have to return all other items sold along with the same order, with the same conditions set forth above for standard returns. Should you fail to notify us of the issue within 3 business days, we will deem the order sold and accepted as is. Any claim subsequent to the 3 days, will be treated as a simple buyer's remorse situation with all its' customary conditions, as you elected to accept the merchandise as is.
